From November 17 to 19, 2023, a NetDay competition was held at Suleyman Demirel University, aimed at students interested in computer networks, cybersecurity, Linux administration and Industry 4.0. Among the participants representing AIU, were 16 students of the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics.

“The competition consisted of three stages. The first stage is an online quiz. The second was a competition within the framework of Cisco Packet Tracer, where we solved problems in the field of computer networks. Our goal was not just to overcome a complex network, but to masterfully penetrate technical barriers, starting from the starting point and reaching the final point of the network. We had to demonstrate the skills of network administration, cybersecurity and effective diagnostics to succeed in this exciting challenge of network skills. In the third stage, we had to create a network using industry 4.0 for the oil and gas industry.” – shared his experience Aitenir Zhamakeev, who took second place in the team. 

According to the results of all stages, representatives of the AIU confidently took second and third places in the competition, winning vouchers for certificates from CISCO. We congratulate our talented students on this important achievement and wish them new heights in professional growth!
